In 2026 a grey structure with material runs roughly Rs 2,700 to 3,100 per square foot of covered area in Attock, and a complete house from about Rs 4,300 per square foot for a standard finish. A 5 marla double-storey house of about 1,900 square feet lands near 55 to 60 lakh for the grey structure and 85 to 95 lakh complete. Both. With material, we buy everything and each purchase is a sealed receipt on your portal. Without material, you supply cement, steel and bricks and we charge labour only. Most families choose with material so there is one contract and one number.

Excavation and foundation, DPC and plinth, 9-inch outer walls and 4.5-inch partitions in first-class bricks, RCC roof, beams, columns and lintels in grade 60 steel, stairs, the mumty and parapet walls, drainage pipes and electrical conduits cast in, waterproofing and termite treatment, and plaster inside and out. The overhead water tank on the mumty is a small extra.

The mumty is the small room on the roof where the stairs come out. Every house here gets one, so the calculator counts it in the grey structure at about 120 square feet. It also carries the overhead water tank.

A 5 marla double-storey grey structure of about 2,000 square feet uses roughly 65,000 first-class bricks, 850 bags of cement, 4.5 tons of grade 60 steel, 5,000 cubic feet of sand and 2,200 cubic feet of crush. The calculator lists the quantities for your own house, and every delivery is receipted on the portal.

Grey structure for a 5 marla double-storey takes about three months and finishing about four, so around seven months to keys. A 10 marla house takes roughly a year. The stage-wise plan we sign has a date and an amount against each stage, from foundation to handover.
