Which areas do you deal in?
Attock city and the societies around it: Mehria Town, Mehria Enclave, Mehria Paradise and Aerospace City, and plots out to Hazro and Fateh Jang. If you want somewhere else, ask; we usually know the dealer.
How do you check a plot's file?
Ownership and the chain of transfers, dues and possession, the society's own record, and the site itself, before any money moves. If a file is not clean, we say so and you walk away with nothing lost.
What do you charge?
Our commission is agreed and written on the agreement before anything is signed, at the going rate in Attock. There are no hidden charges: every rupee you pay us is a sealed receipt you can check on the portal.
Can you handle the paperwork?
Yes. Bayana, stamp papers, drafting, witnesses and the transfer are done at our desk, and you leave with the deed. For rentals we draft the agreement and can collect the rent for you with a receipt every month.
