Plots
in Attock.

Most plot deals in Attock go wrong at the file, not the price. A plot that looks right on the ground can carry unpaid dues, a disputed transfer or a possession that belongs to someone else. We check all of that first, then show you the plot, then sit with you through the transfer.

Plots in Attock with Prime Builders

Attock

What we do

  • Residential plots from 3 marla to 2 kanal, and commercial plots on the main boulevards
  • Mehria Enclave, Mehria Town, Mehria Paradise, Aerospace City and the older sectors of Attock city
  • Valuation for sellers: what the society's last transfers actually closed at, not an asking price
  • Bayana, transfer and possession letter at our desk, with the society's own staff where needed

What we check before you pay

  • The allotment or transfer letter against the society's own record
  • Development charges, non-utilisation fees and any other dues outstanding
  • Possession on the ground: the plot marked, the right plot, nobody else on it
  • Whether the plot sits on a planned road, a park or a disputed block in the society plan

Every rupee on record

Bayana and every later payment becomes a sealed receipt on the portal before you leave the office. The agreement is drafted and signed at our desk, on stamp paper, with witnesses. You walk out with the paper and the receipt, and both stay on your phone.

Questions

Before you call.

What people ask us about plots first.

What does a 5 marla plot cost in Mehria Enclave?

Prices move with the block and the possession status, so we do not print a number that goes stale. Message us with the block you have in mind and we will send the last few closed transfers in that block, which is the honest way to price it.

Can I buy a plot on instalments?

Society-launched files are sometimes on instalments; resale plots are usually full payment, with the bayana first and the balance on transfer. We will tell you which applies to the plot you pick before you commit anything.

What is the difference between a file and a possession plot?

A file is a plot number on paper whose land may not be developed yet. A possession plot is marked on the ground and can be built on now. Possession plots cost more and carry less risk; we show you both and say which is which.

Will you build on the plot afterwards?

Yes. The same office that sold you the plot can build the house, grey structure or complete, with the construction calculator on this site giving you a budget before you buy.
