Do I pay anything to list my house with you?

No. Our commission is agreed in writing before the listing and is paid when the deal closes, with a sealed receipt. There are no listing or photography charges.

Can you handle the sale if I am abroad?

Yes, with a registered power of attorney in a family member's or our name, which we help you draft. Payments go to your account and every one is receipted on the portal, so you can follow the deal from anywhere.
